Thanks to Break4Change I feel differently now; taking part has really made a massive difference to our lives. My son is more confident and able to express his emotions in a more positive and productive way. We are now able to solve issues together. The facilitators were wonderful. We have both made new friends through the Break4Change group, who understand our experiences thus do not judge. Our group keep in touch and we will continue to support each other.
